Hi there,
we experienced following bug when transitioning a Jira issue embedded in Whiteboard:
When I change the issue status to done, the resolution screen opens as expected. In the resolution screen, there's a required custom label field 'Umfeld'. But when I click the field it does not show the previously used labels, instead it seems to be loading endlessly.
When I click the exact same field in the normal embedded issue view, it works fine.
I can send you a screen recording of what I'm doing, if needed.
Best regards,
Stefan
Hi @Scott Le
sure, can you please provide a link to where I can upload the screen cap?
@Stefan Draber you can upload it to Google Drive or the likes and share the link
Hi @Scott Le
here you go: https://filetransfer.io/data-package/MNWxqOg9#link
Hi @Stefan Draber , thanks for sending the GIF. Could you please let me know if you face the same issue doing that in Jira directly, without Whiteboards?
Hi @Scott Le
no problems directly in Jira, works like a charme.
I also checked different browsers, same behaviour in both Chrome and Firefox.
Here's the exact error message from the Chrome console which pops up right when I click the field:

Do you know the custom field type? Providing the field configurations would be good for us to triage the issue.
Hi @Scott Le
sorry for my late response, somehow the notification about your post got lost.
It's a Labels field
Hi @Scott Le
is there any updates on this one? From my end it still looks the same.
