My favorite is template and blue prints. I love making new templates for team use cases. We do a lot of migration so we have build out templates to help us gather infromation to be successful with migration. Confluence is ACE in my book and a well needed tool for everyday work.

My favorite is actually the ability to create our own custom templates. One main reason for this is that (almost) all our content is in Norwegian, hence the templates need to be in Norwegian.

• remote retrospective templates with whiteboarding tools
• in-person retrospective templates as printable docs
• one-page, how-to guides for people new to RCAs, etc.
• a large library of automation rules to copy / modify for team needs

My go-to template is the Meeting Minutes template. I have spruced it up a bit and saved it as a blueprint so that all of the relevant fields (and emojis) are there when I launch it from the template selector. This helps me ensure that there is a focus for our in person/virtual meetings and a place to document discussions, decisions and action items.
