The beauty of all these templates is that the information remains within Confluence. Brainwriting is the one I like the most as within my team we have been using mural which I am not a big fan of and other team members as well.

My favorite templates are the How-to article and Troubleshooting article templates. I make extensive use of both to provide my users guidance on using our various systems, as well as keep them informed of common issues and how to resolve them.
