Hi Confluence customers!
Accessing the right information quickly is key to keeping workflows running smoothly and boosting efficiency across your teams. To help you achieve this, we're excited to share that Rovo Search, a revamped search experience, is now beginning to rollout to Confluence customers: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/team25-rovo-for-all
Rovo Search offers multiple improvements to your previous search experience:
Rich modernized user experience
Smart answers in search to important questions covering People, Topics, Bookmarks and QnA (available if AI is enabled)
Personalized results based on interaction signals
Rovo Chrome Extension allowing you to easily search Atlassian products from your browser
Improving discoverability by surfacing more teaching moments in Quick Find
Rovo Search offers multiple ways to access your company's knowledge. It allows you to search across your Atlassian products and your Third party products (3P) directly from Confluence with various ways to filter and sort your search results. This feature will start rolling out to Premium and Enterprise plans next week, with Standard coming later in the year.

With Quick find, locating your recent work and picking up where you left off has become easier! Your recent search queries and recently viewed content will be displayed before you start typing, and as you begin to type in the search bar within Confluence, you’ll see:
content you recently viewed or edited in your Atlassian products and selected 3P products
your search results
related spaces based on your query
related people based on your query
With Full page search, you will have the option to see results from your other Atlassian products, such as Jira and Loom - using the filters on the right, in addition to your default results from Confluence. Once your admin has connected 3Ps you will also be able to search content from them - a full list of available Atlassian and 3P connectors (over 50 of them!) is listed here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo/connectors
You can also connect your Confluence Data Centre to Rovo Search and let users search across your Confluence Data Centre content from your Confluence Cloud site!
Sorting
We’ve heard from many of you who want to locate and update outdated content, so we’ve introduced a feature to sort your Confluence results by relevance, content creation date, and last update date.
Filter by verified
You will be able to narrow down your Confluence search results to only show pages that your team has verified.
Filter by owner
We’re excited to roll out a highly requested feature that allows you to filter Confluence results by the owner of the content. When combined with sorting options, you’ll be able to find all the pages you created when you first joined the company.
Filter by status
We know this was a highly requested ask with over 350 votes on JAC. We’ve added support so you can now search for the standard pages statuses.
To access these new filters choose the Confluence app on the right hand side of your search results page in Confluence.
As well as being able to search across all your products from Confluence, you can also do the same in Atlassian home and Focus! We are planning on bringing Rovo Search to Jira next, with other Atlassian products planned for later in the year.
Please do keep sending in your feedback via in-app feedback and on JAC tickets, while we can’t respond to all we do read every piece of feedback we get. We look forward to hearing your thoughts on Rovo Search! Let us know how we can keep improving your search experience!
