サーバと通信できません。 現在保存することができません。

利用初めて間もないのですが、Confluence でページ編集をしていて、「サーバと通信できません。 現在保存することができません。」のメッセージが表示されてページが保存することができません。たびたび発生しており、編集したページが無駄になってしまうのですが、このメッセージが表示される原因、対処方法があればお教えください。

Usually this issue means some problem with network/firewall or Collaborative Editing may not be working properly, Synchrony issue.
