@马先生 There is not a recommendation by Atlassian.   We keep a months worth so anything older than 30 days we delete.  We also keep one every time we do an upgrade and keep the last 3 updated backups.  I think you will need to come up with your own policy based on what information you keep in Confluence and build your own disaster recovery plan / business continuity plan based on that.
