504 Gateway Timeout error after configuring RDS Database

Confluence version 6.15.4

RDS Database: Postgres 9.5.2 

After configuring AWS Cluster information I am directed to the Databaase page. I input the correct information and press `Test Connection` button and I get a green check. However I get a 504 Gateway Timeout error and the following in the atlassian-confluence.log file:

The suggestion on the right side gave me my solution: increasing the nginx timeout.
