A news bulletin board on Confluence

Hi, 

I want to add a page to share the news in my project with my team members. I don't see a news bulletin option in the create button on the left panel.

Please guide me.

Confluence does not have anything t describes as a "news bulletin". 

But the "blog" feature gives you all the functions I'd expect from a "news" page.  I'd create a page or set of pages for "news" and use the blog macros to display the relevant blogs.
