API Token Not working - Confluence Cloud

Hi!   I am the Org & Site Admin for our Confluence Cloud instance.    I went to my settings and created an API token to add to our search index tool and it's not working for me.   it doesn't accept my authentication.     We did the same with someone on my team that I made a Site Admin.     We are able to get it to work with his.     Is there any reason why it won't work for my account?  I'm thinking that this is an issue on the search index site but want to at least hear any ideas of where I should check to see if I might have missed something.

One thing to try is: create a new API token in your account, and try again.  Maybe there was copy/paste mistake.
