Accents are not displayed properly and date takes one day before

After upgrading to Confluence 8.0.0, accents started appearing with strange characters

However when entering those if they are displayed correctly

For the dates section, when selecting a day, a previous day is placed

91 / 5,000

It currently has UTF8 and the language correctly (no changes have been made)

What is the Confluence version you have upgraded to, db version and OS ?
