I previously had access to Confluence and now when I try to log in, I am denied access.
How do I create a ticket to have this investigated? My access should not have been removed.
Access to your company's Confluence instance is going to be controlled by your IT Admins. I would recommend reaching out to them using internal company communication tools (Slack, Teams, email, etc) and having them investigate your access.
It's likely that your product access has been removed for some reason.
I would also recommend ensuring you are using the correct account to log in, as accounts other than your main company account may be being blocked intentionally.
