During a trial migration from Server to Cloud using the Cloud Migration App, the system lost contact to the server and stopped. After it, Confluence was completely lost, so we lost access to our data.
We need immediate your support to (1) regain access to our data and finally (2) to perform the migration from Server to Cloud using your tools.
Thank you very much for you support
Hi @Athanasios Nassos Apostolopoulos ,
if the migration is stuck, then you might need to get in touch directly with Atlassian Support so that they can reset the migration status on their end : http://getsupport.atlassian.com
They should be able to tell you exactly the migration status.
Let me know if this helps,
--Alexis
Thank you Alexis: The link http://getsupport.atlassian.com leads to this Atlassian Community, you are the first to answer it. Is this the right way to contact Atlassian Support directly?

It is the right way, yes.
If it has taken you back here to the Community, then you are on a free or $10 starter licence, which do not have Atlassian support, they send people with those licences here for help from the wider community.
I would raise a separate question here and go into a bit more detail about the broken Confluence, we should be able to help rescue that and get it working again. If we can do that, then you can try migration again, or we can get you to an Atlassian migration support person to get the migration restarted (and monitored so they can make sure it completes properly)

OK, now I understand the issue. I would be happy to pay for a regular support, but I will try the way you suggested: I will open e new ticket with a full description of the case and hope to get in touch with the support directly, as only the support has the ability to help in this case.
