Access to restricted page

I have given access to a restricted page to a user - Julien in this case - settings seem to be OK but he can not get access... what to do ?

First try to give access to the Parent Page and then try it on other pages.

Thanks but this is what I did - I gave access to the master page then when to the subpage (CODIR) to check access rules... When this particuler user searches the master or the sub-page he can not access it...
