Access user activity throught (XML RPC) API

Is it possible to access user activity using XML RPC API? There doesn't seem to be a method to access user activity. Confluence is a collaboration tool so I expected user activity to be paramount in the API. But in fact there doesn't seem to be 'any' way to access user activity. Or even to get information on when a user was last contributing.
