Good job on putting up your Accessibility conformance notes at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ACCESSIBILITY/Accessibility but had a couple of brief observations:

1. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ACCESSIBILITY/Shin+Yanagisawa probably is an orphan page, shouldn't be there;

2. WCAG2.1 is latest iteration of WCAG, you've mapped to WCAG1 but not updated since. Be good to see you bring that up to date, as we get asked about it for product conformance requirements in government client settings.
