Hi,

i have accidentally deactivated the internal user directory from confluence and can't login now. Is there a possibility to undo this from the outside of the system?

Thanks

It's possible to activate the directory through database providing you're unable to access using any admin account in Confluence. Here's the documentation on how to retrieve the password: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Restoring+Passwords+To+Recover+Admin+User+Rights

As for making the internal directory active, check out the step 5 under "Put Internal Directory in First Position" section of the page which has the sql query to do so. Make sure you backup your database before any modification in database.
