Activity Tab Missing from space tools

When I access a Space Tools, I see all the tabs for a Space admin except activity.  Documentation says it should be there but it's not.  I'm using v6.15.4

Hi @Chris G_ - I read that the theme, one has for their confluence existence, can make a difference in viewing Space Tools option. If you haven't already gone through these, please review and see if they help you resolve the issue -

Thanks Kalyani for the suggestion, but this does not help.  I am not using a theme, and my install is brand new.  I've attached a screenshot to show my issue.  I have all the options but the activity log.
