Activity feed by page structure

As we use Confluence to activly work on projects, it would be nice to show on the Projekt overview, a activity feed that only includes the updates within the Page Tree below.

We have multiple projects in one space. Each project has a designates pagetree in that space.

We have tryed filtering the feed by tags, but that requires all users to add the required tags to each page. And that is simply not practicable.

I would be happy about any ideas or solutions.
