Add-On MEISTERTASK doesnt work (We are unable to generate an evaluation license)

Dear Support-Team,

I wanted to add the MEISTERTASK-AddOn. But always errror "We are unable to generate an evaluation license. The plugin key is invalid. Please contact us if the problem persists." occures!

Can you tell me what Iam doing wrong?

Hi Markus,

Can you let me know which method you're using to add the add-on?

There are several ways:

1. Install from marketplace.atlassian.com
2. Install from within the instance by going to Find New Add-ons
3. Upload the jar or obr file directly.

These methods are outlined here: Installing add-ons

Could you test all 3 methods and let me know if any are successful for you?

Dear Shannon,

in the meanwhile I contacted MeisterTask-Support and the official declaration is: "for server-side-installations no MeisterTask-AddOn is planned. Only for cloudVersoin!"

actually this feature is not on the roadmap at MeisterTask for server-side-instalation!

Thank you for confirming! I should have checked that myself as I'm not entirely familiar with that add-on. 

My recommendation would be to post a new question in the Marketplace Apps collection about the exact feature you want to have, and maybe someone can suggest a different add-on.
