How can I add a generic email to receive invoices from all our products?

If you mean the address where Atlassian sends invoices to, then it's in the Admin's Billing section:

Thank you for your answer, however, I don't have a field where I can enter an email address.
We are a registered business. The only fields I can see in the Sold-to address settings are:
Company name
Country
Address
City
Postal Code and State
