Add users to 30days trial Standard plan

Hi, 

does anybody know steps to upgrade from free plan to trial standard plan? We have now 10 user. What if we want about 10 users more after upgrading? Can I send them invitation during 30 days trial?

And what happens If we decide to not have a Standard plan and we stay in Free plan? What happens with those 10 more users?

It's possible to upgrade your plan from Free to Standard on Cog icon > Billing > Manage subscriptions. 

On this page, click on Change and select the Standard plan. 

The standard plan allows you to add up to 10,000 users, so yes, you can invite them during the trial.

And what happens If we decide to not have a Standard plan and we stay in Free plan? What happens with those 10 more users?

You will have to add the payment details, otherwise, your site will be deactivated. The automatic downgrade from Standard to Free only happens if you have 10 licensed users or less. To go back to the Free plan, you will need to remove product access for some users and let only 10 licensed users.

You’re unable to change to a Free plan if:

More than 10 users have access to the product with the plan – Remove product access from users until you’re down to 10 before you can change to Free.
