Have added a new user in atlassian but user is not getting any invitation email. Please help here

Hi @Meetri IT ,

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

Please ask user to check if it has landed in there spam folder or any security filter blocking it. If it is not in there then the below thread has some info regarding the same. You might want to go through the same.
