Adding a link to a page attachment

Previously in Confluence Server Version 7.13.2, you could add a link to a page attachment. But now in  Confluence Cloud, you can no longer add a link to an individual attachment. 

Am I missing something?

@Brian Olesen You can open the Attachments page for the page and copy the link to the file to use in the link you insert. 

You might also want to check out the Attachments macro and the Gallery macro.
