Adding a new space in Confluence

I want to know, how does one add a new space in Confluence?

With an admin account, click create space.

I am currently using the evaluation version. Can you please guide me, how to go about in the evaluation version of Confluence?

Well your instance must have an IP address or domain, even if it's just "localhost:8090". If it is that, just go to http://localhost:8090/spaces/createspace-start.action
