Adding a simple counter to a page in Confluence

Hi, I would like to add a simple counter where user can press +1 to increase the value without editing the page (similar as checkbox).

[15] [-1] [+1]

What is the easiest way to achieve that?

You will need to write an app that provides a macro to do that.
