Adding letters to tab not just bullet points and numbers

I was wondering if i can add not only Bullet points and numbers when indenting but in the previous version, i added letters.  in confluence

e.g  a.    I was able to tab inward now i can only do bullet points and numbers.

How do we change this?

I did actually work it out.

Once you add a number and select return then tab it creates the  "a." that i was looking for.  if you need to again have another sub off the "a" and tab again after selecting the return it then creates "i", "ii" etc.

so it can be achieved  in sub lines after selecting the numbers tab first.
