Adding team members to an existing task tracker

Hello,

I was wondering whether anyone knew whether it was possible to add team members to an existing team task report.

I have one set up in which I added everyone on my team but new people now need to be included. I can't seem to find a way to do this apart from deleting and recreating the document. 

Thanks for your help and apologies if I've missing something really obvious.
