How can I publish pages without this window? It doesn't pop up in other projects

I'm afraid you cannot publish pages without it.
This is the system window that appears when a page is published for the first time. The next time the page is changed, this window will not be displayed.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Why isn't it in other projects?
@AkLike, this window isn't displayed when you create and then publish pages? Or when you just update existing pages?
This window should be displayed every time you create and then publish a page.
Maybe there some apps added to you Confluence site that change its behavior?
