Hello,
We have recently introduced a greater use of confluence in our organization, and I would like to know if there are any resources to organize knowledge around a SaaS software.
More specifically, I would like to find an adequate tree structure in order to facilitate the search for technical elements. For information, the purpose of this confluence is to act as an internal "Wikipedia" regarding tech issues.
Thanks
The tree structure is only one part of your information architecture in Confluence.
There isn't anything unique to Confluence about developing your tree structure, except to remember that each page title in a space must be unique.
But you should also think about how you can use labels, spaces, and content layout in your information architecture to improve the effectiveness of your knowledgebase.
You should also consider techniques like card sorting to develop your tree structure with your users, rather than making up or copying a tree structure from someone else.
