Adjust Email Notifications for Guests

We set up guest access for our interns to be able to access some of our non-anonymous content. How can they adjust their email notification preferences? They are getting a lot of notifications.

When they click their profile picture, their only option is "Logout" unlike those of us who are users.

@Denise Guest access does not currently have this feature, there is not a way to adjust the emails that they receive.  There are two enhancement requests that you should vote for here:
