I am developing a Roadmap for us to track all lines of business together. I created a level above Epic called "Initiative" mapped to an issue type called Initiative and I'm using that for lines of business like "Business1", "Business2", etc.. (perhaps it should be named LOB instead)
I have separate projects for Business1 and Business2. I've created Initiative issues in project Business1. I am able to parent-link my Epics in Business1 and Business2 to this issue.
But, I'm not sure that this is the best approach.
I want to keep separate projects for each line of business. But I want to pull them all in together into one Roadmap for annual resource planning purposes.
Can anyone make a better suggestion here? I'm still new to Advanced Roadmaps so I'm struggling to find the best way to do this.
