Advanced-Search Result: How to enable to display creation and modication Date at 4.2?

With the move to Confluence 4.2.13 we upgraded the to Adaptavist Advanced Search Macro 5.0.1.

The macro works (for the search) as expected, the {search-result} macro fail to display the creation date and the modification date. Someone know how to enable?

Tht title field is displayed, but now with the Space ID in front, e.g. "CONF31 > This is my page title". Someone found a way to remove the ID?

The problem is still present on the lastest version (6.0.1).
