After changing base url am not able to access jira

After jira set up i changed my based url to  our server ip in general configurations, now am not able to access.

Am not a technical person to modify the db config files. can you guide me with simple steps.

Replaced localhost:8080 to my server ip(http://IPaddress:8080)  in general configuration
