After joining Active Directory, the number of licensed users are changed

Atlassian Confluence 4.2.2, the Enterprise Wiki

After joining Active Directory, the number of licensed users are incrased. I have counted in confluence-users group and it is 24 users but the licensed users shows as 25 in Administration -> License Details.

I have disabled AD and Confluence Internal Directory only. The licensed users are 22.
