After migrating to confluence cloud short links don't work

We have embedded links (used the tiny URL option) in a lot of pages to other pages in our confluence site. Is there some way to update these tiny links so they can be updated to the "cloud" pages. Obviously our "base" URL is different so I have tried just updating the base URL but it appears all of the "tiny links" are different.

 

Any ideas or thoughts to help with this would be greatly appreciated.
