After moving Jira and Confluence to a new server some link have old ip address

We have moved,

jira and confluence to a new server, we have follwed all atlassian documentaion changing the xml before import backup to new server and copy the home folder from old to new server.

We have changed tjhe base url in jira and confluence too but some confluence report jira reference wiht the old ip address how to solve this problem?
