After upgrading Confluence to v6.1.4 Anchor macro is not working properly

After upgrading Confluence to v6.1.4 Anchor macro is not working properly. Before the upgrade we were having confluence v5.0.3 and the anchor macro was working perfectly fine. 

After the upgrade, the flow charts are not mapping to the anchors properly. what might be the issue ?

Abhishek,

Can you let me know what sort of flow charts you're using and how they're linking to the anchors? Are you using an add-on for them?

Is anything besides the flowcharts not working when it comes to the anchors?
