We have created a documentations dashboard and want to allow our customers access. How ill this affect out licences? Can I create them as users with access to only view and comment on the dashboard?
Any active user account (i.e. a user that can log in) will count as a full Confluence user on your licence.
You can restrict the visbility of your content such that only specific users or groups of users can see certain content. See Giving People Access to Content for more information.
Thank you Michael, we are currently looking at the best way to publish our support materials to our customers without the need to purchase licenses. Just an area to view the documentation.
