Allow users to change page restrictions on pages they created but not others?

Is it possible to set it so that users (or a group of users) can change permissions to only the pages that they have created, not all pages in a space?

Unfortunately no. Restriction permission either grants user permission to add / remove restriction, either not for entire space.
