Allow users to delete their own content

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Confluence 5.10 Release Notes

I cannot see a difference in space and global permission settings between 5.8 and 5.10.

Where is this new option?

It is in the first column when you click Space Tools -> Permissions, right next to the View permission. Its not where I would have expected it, next to the page / news / attachment removal permissions.
