Alter Blank Page Template

How do you alter the blank page template (either globally or within a site).  I understand that this was not possible but the issue has been resolved. IE: Amend 'Blank Page' template?

Nevertheless, I don't see a way to do it.  When I go into Admin/ Global Templates & Blueprints I do not see the Blank Page template listed. The question remains: How do you alter the Blank Page template?

You don't.  The blank page is just a stub - it calls the page create routine and doesn't actually have any code in it to do anything else!

I think all you can do is turn off the module that provides it in the (system) addons area, and then maybe create a new global template with your own "not-quite blank" template and a similar name.
