I'm getting these errors from Confluence when trying to create issue.

CI.png

And click 'Allow access' I get this error

Authentication failed!

An error occurred while trying to obtain an access token. For application link

OAuth Problem Details

  • Failed to get token from service provider. Secret is missing in response. Response status code is '403'

I've already application link Confluence <-> Jira. but I think confluence to jira is not working normally.

Here is my application links setting

When I click 'Authenticate to see status', I got same error mentioned above.

What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

  • Both Connections Local authentication Outgoing / Incoming is OAuth.
  • Confluence and Jira is on Cloud.
  • I set IP allowlisting for only using within the company

Thank you for your help!

@Moses Thomas HI!

Yes. Jira's application links status is 'connected'.

But I don't know what is working normally.

I've tried selecting link 'Find a Confluence page' on Jira's issue page and works well.
