An unknown server error has occurred.

Good Morning,

yesterday we recieved our new confluence server with the version 7.0.3. (Server)

When creating a new space, we recieve the error: 

An unknown server error has occurred.

Also I'm not able to create a log zip:

We couldn''t create your support zip. Try again.

Due to a IaaS I have restricted permissions for the server. Anybody knows this kind of issues and having some suggestions?

More informations:

Java Version: 1.8.0_222

Database: MySQL 5.7.27-0ubuntu0.18.04.01

I also watched out for the related issues, but those issues where in the older version of confluence. So I decided to ask you all first.

Match the browser url with configured base url in confluence? Could be XSRF error.

I never thought that's exactly what the problem could be.

Now the issue is fixed.
