The documents download correctly even from my phone when accessing through myaccount.atlassian.net/wiki
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Ronny,
does this happen lately or have you received the error message ever since using the mobile phone?
Which version of the App do you use? Could you probably also state which device this is and which Android version this is?
Do you receive these errors while being on
Can you confirm it makes any difference when switching the access from mobile to WLAN or vice versa?
Have you probably had the chance to uninstall and reinstall the App?
Cheers,
Daniel
Hi Daniel
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
Although I've used the confluence website from my PC for months, I only recently installed the app on my phone. On this particular page (page "A"), the error has always occurred.
The phone is a Pixel 3a, and android version 11.
The problem occurs both over Wi-Fi and the 4G network.
Until you suggested, I hadn't tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have done that now and then now is a slight improvement in functioning!
Now on the page itself, the thumbnail of the PDF (PDF "1") displays, but when I click on it, the actual contents don't display. Instead, the message "Something went wrong. It might just be a hiccup." displays with a "try again" button.
Strangely, on page "B" I can open a PDF (PDF "2") without any issue.
Tomorrow I'll try adding PDF 1 to page B, and PDF 2 to page A. That might provide a clue…
Cheers
Ronny
