We have an anonymous space that is accessible to the public, but if the external user is logged into Confluence under their own company's space they are blocked from our anonymous space. They have to open an incognito window to access this. Is there a way to open a space to all anonymous AND all external Confluence users?
@John Thomas did you ever find a solution? I have this issue now and I don't see any setting that could basically say to treat someone who is logged in to a different Atlassian Cloud product as Anonymous. This seems really odd.

@John Thomas Did you ever see this? https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-72635 which seems to indicate they note it as a bug. I marked that it impacts me. I would suggest anyone else who comes across this mark the same.
