Any way to change the text at the sides of the login?

Hi i need to change the text at the sides of the login page in confleunce so it looks like the picture below, where can i do that?

If you want to change your whole instance language (to Svenska?) then you can do that with few steps

If only for you then you do it from the user profile

or click on the bottom (on the footer there should be a list of languages)

Hi, changing the language to swedish makes it say "Användarnamn" = Username
The thing is i need it to say "for.afternamn" = "first.lastname" 
So that our users dont try to login with their email address, since we use that as login for some sites.
