Any way to show Figma wireframes in confluence?

Deleted user June 12, 2019

Currently i'm copying each screen as .png format from Figma to my Confluence document. If I make any changes to the screens in Figma I have to manually copy and paste it again. Is there any way this can be done more easily?

Hello Joelle,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you.

I was reading this article from Medium, and it appears that you can embed an iFrame to display your wireframe. See Figma and Live Embedding in Confluence for more details.

The HTML Macro referenced is not available in Confluence Cloud, so if you are on Cloud, a workaround would be either to use the iFrame Macro or the 3rd party add-on called HTML Macro for Confluence Cloud

I believe the iFrame Macro might not be available in the new editor, so in the event that you do not have this available on your instance, then I would say to try the 3rd party add-on.

I hope that helps! Do let me know if you have any questions about this.

Regards,

Shannon

I used the iFrame macro successfully for this. I had to pull out the 'src' attribute from the embed snippet, and paste that into URL of the macro settings. I also had to specify the width and height in the macro settings. That's it! Works very well.

Hi Joelle,

We've recently built Figma for Confluence which lets you embed your Figma files into your confluence documents by simply copying and pasting the URL of your Figma file or frame into the document. You can find it on the Atlassian Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221692/figma-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Let me know what you think!

Cheers,

Jari

I found the necro post helpful. His product is exactly the answer for me and solves the original post as well. kept me from having to sift 20 other threads of irreverent data. Nothing wrong with necro if it contributes.
