Anyone having PDF export issues with Safari?

I've got people on Safari 11.1 (13605.1.33.1.2)  - all reporting that they cannot export PDFs from Confluence. The timer just keeps spinning and no file is ever produced.

I haven't had any luck finding out if this is a known bug.

Anyone else have the issue?

Hello Deborah,

The behaviour you are encountering is a newly discovered bug in Confluence Cloud affecting all export downloads when using Safari 11.1 and High Sierra:

You should be able to download the resulting files from a different browser if possible for you :)
