I've read a few posts and tried icognito browser and waiting a few days for app requests to show up

. I have a cloud confluence page and I am the site admin and not the org admin. However, previous posts and documents say that site admin can manage apps. The app creator told me to reach out to atlassian after I sent him my screenshots.

I can not find the app request anywhere. See attached pictures to show that I am admin, that there is an error in the app request page, and that when I click a note on the manage app page that it is saying I need permission to access.

Hi @Tyler James

Welcome to the community.

Take the following steps, to approve or deny requests:

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Select the site from the sidebar.
  4. Select Access requests.
  5. Select Review request to see more details about the request.
  6. Select Approve now to approve a request, or select more actions (•••) > Deny access to deny a request.

thank you for the reply Mark.

I can't however get past step 1, I have tried to go to atlassian administration through many links, Google, atlassian documents and keep getting the create organization page as well as through incognito browser.

Hi @Tyler James

This means you are not an Org, Site or Product Admin.

You are just a Confluence admin.

You will need to find your Org, Site or Product admin and request them for more permissions or to approve or deny the app request.

Hi @Tyler James
Indeed, based on the information from Atlassian - Organization admin and Site admin should be able to track requests for installing apps:
