I've recently installed JIRA and Confluence on a local server. Things seem to be going fairly smoothly, but I noticed that the application links from the original install are still pointing to the cloud instance for JIRA and Confluence. Is there a way to correct this?
I assumed you did a backup restoration to the local server. You can remove the existing application link and create a new one that would reflect the current configuration.
I did a backup of our OnDemand instance which had links setup between confluence and JIRA. When I imported them, JIRA didn't have any links setup while Confluence shows a link of our OnDemand instance.

Since that's the case, you may proceed with what I have suggested previously and if you are unable to delete the applink configuration via the UI, you may refer here instead.
